We advertise our services through Google Ads. To understand whether our advertising is effective, our website uses Google Ads conversion measurement (operated by Google LLC). When you visit our website, Google receives measurement data such as pages viewed, your IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device information, and cookies or similar identifiers stored on your device.

When you successfully submit an enquiry or quotation request through one of our forms, a conversion event is reported to Google Ads so that we can measure which advert led to that enquiry. Google receives confirmation that an enquiry was submitted and the associated advertising measurement data described above. We do not send Google the contents of your form — your name, contact details, journey information and any messages you provide are not shared with Google for advertising purposes.

Google uses this information to measure conversions and may use it to improve and personalise advertising across its platforms, in accordance with Google's own advertising policies and privacy notice. Where required, we ask for your consent before advertising measurement cookies are set, and you can withdraw that choice at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings.

Booking and accounting records are retained for a minimum of six years to meet HMRC requirements. Enquiry data that does not result in a booking is retained for up to 24 months. Marketing preferences are retained until you opt out.
