Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Compass Executive Cars Berkshire Ltd. By confirming a booking you accept the terms set out below. The timings refer to the scheduled pickup time of the journey.

• More than 24 hours before pickup: no charge.
• Between 24 and 4 hours before pickup: 50% of the agreed fare.
• Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show: 100% of the agreed fare.
• Multi-day, event or chauffeur-by-the-hour bookings may carry longer notice periods, which will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Changes to date, time, pickup or destination can usually be accommodated subject to availability. Significant changes may result in revised pricing. Please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust your booking.

• 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the time the flight lands.
• £10 per 15 minutes thereafter.

• First 15 minutes complimentary.
• £10 per 15 minutes thereafter.

A passenger is considered a no-show when they cannot be located within the complimentary waiting period and have not made contact with the chauffeur or our office. No-shows are charged at 100% of the agreed fare.

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the amount due will be returned to the original payment method within 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
